Treasury Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• On-time processing and submission of all payments in Oracle.
• On-time and correct preparation of payment file writer templates for all payments, including manager checks.
• On-time preparation of initial cash position report, the bank balances for all, including any pending current day transactions.
• On-time daily update of payments monitoring.
• On-time and complete generation of Payment Summary Detailed report
• On-time sending proof of truckers' payment for Pasig and response to supplier inquiries for payment invoice details
• On-time notice to supplier of nearly stale check, the cancellation of checks, and monitoring PDC checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any equivalent related course
• With 1 year of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Bank Systems/Apps.
• Knowledge in Oracle system is a plus but not required
• Willing to report at Pasig City
