Treasury Specialist

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A. Loan and Non-Loan Releases

• Checks and processes loan releases, vouchers, and payments.
• Prepares journal entries for AFP, SSS, and salary loan releases.
• Reviews payment requests, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Prepares and releases checks and other payments.
• Responds to internal client inquiries.

B. Financial Reports

• Prepares daily and monthly cash flow statements.
• Reconciles cash flow against the final Trial Balance.
• Consolidates year-to-date cash flow reports.
• Prepares additional schedules and reports as requested.

C. Other Duties

• Monitors released, cancelled, and post-dated check vouchers.
• Assists in monthly turnover of check vouchers to Accounting.
• Reconciles unreleased checks and check vouchers.
• Monitors Official Receipt and Sales Invoice attachments.
• Performs other duties assigned by superiors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Accountancy or any finance-related course; CPA a plus Years of relevant experience:

Knowledge:

• Knowledge or experience in any accounting system an advantage

• Knowledge and experience in BIR tax regulations and computations and other government-reporting compliance, a plus

• Proficiency in handling/processing/analyzing high volume of financial data and has demonstrated keen attention to details
