Bank Account Management

  • Liaise with banking partners to ensure all company accounts operate in line with the principle of segregation of receipts and payments, safeguarding fund security.
  • Manage POS machine usage and compliance, periodically analysing card processing fees and optimising POS arrangements to minimise transaction costs.
  • Ensure appropriate account usage, compliance, and fund security across all company bank accounts.

Cash Flow Planning

  • Consolidate branch funding requirements and prepare cash flow forecasts as required by management.
  • Provide cash flow analysis and insights to support financial planning and management decision-making.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate with the headquarters shared finance team to explain, reconcile, and validate daily cash flow information.
  • Provide documentation and operational support for banking services as requested by finance management.
  • Support finance management with ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and process improvements as required.
