Treasury Supervisor

We are looking for a Treasury Supervisor with solid experience in cash flow management, budgeting, payment planning, billing & collection, and banking transactions.

Reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage cash position, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and payment plans ensuring adequate funds for operational requirements

·         Review and prioritize payments based on due dates and funding availability

·         Oversee billing, collection, and receivables, including activities handled by the Treasury Assistant

·         Coordinate with banks on loans, credit facilities, and other banking requirements

·         Handle and monitor trade finance transactions, including LC, Non-LC, TR, and import payments

·         Prepare and review treasury reports for management

Qualifications

·         Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related course

·         At least 3–5 years of relevant Treasury/Finance experience

·         Strong background in cash flow, budgeting, payment planning, and billing & collection

·         Preferably with exposure to bank trade transactions / trade finance

·         Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

·         Proficient in MS Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage
