Treasury Supervisor

Location: Panacan Davao City

JOB OBJECTIVES :

A. Responsible for the safety, security and accurate handling of cash funds.

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Consistently verifies the vault fund by counting down all monies daily and whenever there is a change in Treasury personnel.

B. Monitoring, controlling, releasing and replenishing of petty cash fund.

C. Preparation of the Daily Sales Report for cash and charge sales and other mode of payments such as CSI, NMS, MCR.

D. Prepares notice of shortage, summary of shortages for cash and credit card to be forwarded to HR department for salary deduction.

E. Prepares other necessary reports such as Problematic Cards and Cash, Daily Deposit and Membership daily sales report. F. Safekeeping of all valuables such as cash, official receipts, CSI forms.

G. Timely completion of all bank adjustments and daily auditing of membership cards. H. Preparing the initial cash fund for Front-End, Tire Center and Food Service.

I. Requesting of all supplies needed for the whole month.

J. Closing of Tills (final take-out).

K. Proper “cash-out” of operator’s daily sales.

L. Ensure all the equipment’s accountable for Treasury department are working.

M. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
