Treasury Supervisor

Job Summary:

As a Treasury Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to monitor daily cash transactions and ensure their alignment with cash flow forecasts. This includes overseeing the reconciliation of bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies. The role requires you to enforce compliance with internal cash handling policies and ensure that cash reserves are managed efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring timely disbursements and working with other departments to ensure that cash flow remains stable. Additionally, you will support the Department Manager in optimizing short-term investments and contributing to reporting processes that inform the company's cash management strategies.

Job Specifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Experience in cash management, banking operations, and cash flow forecasting. Some supervisory experience is preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance or cash management.
• Certification in Treasury Management (CTP) or other finance-related certifications is a plus.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
