The Essentials

• Location: 6325 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Up to $40/hr (Based on experience)

• At least one year of direct dental treatment planning or treatment coordination experience is required to be considered for this position.

What You’ll Do

As the primary bridge between our surgeons and our patients, you will manage the patient journey from the initial consultation through recovery.

• Case Coordination: Present, finalize, and schedule surgical cases daily.
• Financial Guidance: Empower patients by navigating insurance and assisting with multiple third-party financing options.
• Practice Growth: Assist with marketing initiatives and foster strong professional relationships with referring dental and medical offices.
• Surgical Liaison: Coordinate medical clearances with physicians and manage preoperative/postoperative communication to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized surgeon’s schedule, handle front-office reception duties, and ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
