What they need

TL;DR: Attention high performing sales professionals …We run a growing group of emergency dental offices. Founded in 2022, we're now five locations across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, with a goal of 15 in three years (hint hint: we will be looking for people to promote).

We are hiring Treatment Coordinators (sales). This job is not about convincing someone to buy something unnecessary. They already come to us with the problem. Your job is to help the patient understand the recommendation, work through what is holding them back, and find a financial solution that allows them to move forward.

--> No dental experience is required. We will train you on the dental side.

Sales experience is required.

Schedule: Fri-Monday, 8AM-8PM

Compensation: $25/hour base pay + commission.

Your success is in your hands

You will own your treatment presentations and your results. We will provide you with a proven presentation outline, sales training, objection handling strategies, financing options, and regular coaching. The training is here. The patients are here. The opportunity is here.

What makes the work meaningful

We meet patients at their highest point of need. They may be experiencing severe pain, swelling, a broken tooth, an infection, or another emergency that has disrupted their entire day. They want their normal day in the life

What you will do

You will meet with patients after the doctors’ exam.

You will follow a structured presentation outline while keeping each conversation personal and natural. You will ask thoughtful questions, listen for what is truly preventing the patient from moving forward, and respond to objections with empathy and confidence.

You will help patients explore payment options. You will own your performance metrics and be honest about why a patient did or did not accept treatment. Most importantly, you will treat every patient like a person, not a transaction.

How we train and improve

We believe strong salespeople are developed through practice, feedback, repetition, and honest review. We meet weekly to review performance metrics, treatment acceptance, financing results, patient objections, and follow up opportunities.

We discuss the objections, we study what worked, what did not, and what we can do differently next time. You will participate in role playing, script practice, performance reviews, and practical coaching.

Who does well here

We hire people from many sales backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, fitness, automotive, healthcare, phone sales, and customer service.

Dental experience is not the point. Your ability to connect with people is. We can train you on the dental side.

The people who thrive in this role are naturally outgoing, optimistic, persuasive, and comfortable starting conversations with almost anyone.

They communicate with energy, make people feel comfortable, and explain ideas in a way that helps others feel excited and confident about moving forward.

They enjoy being part of a team, but they also like knowing their individual effort directly affects their income.

They are competitive without making everything about themselves. They want to hit their number, earn their commission, and see the entire office win.

They also understand that enthusiasm alone is not enough. They follow the process, complete their follow up, study their performance, and keep improving.

Our three core values

Driven to Win. We create opportunities instead of waiting for them, and we take ownership of our results.

Strategically Resilient. When something goes sideways, and it will, we pause, reassess, and move forward with a clear head.

Relentlessly Timed. Time is the asset. We prioritize what matters and do not let opportunities drift.

Where this goes

We promote quickly, and we mean it. Prove that you can consistently help patients move forward, own your results, follow up on opportunities, and make the people around you better, and there will be room to grow.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a real career, not simply take another job.

Schedule: Fri-Monday, 8AM-8PM

Compensation: $25/hour base pay + commission.

Dental experience: Not required. We provide dental and treatment training.

Sales experience: *Required*.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
