The role involves…

• Delivering outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, by text, and via email
• Assisting patients before and after treatment
• Managing bookings, payments, and patient records
• Conducting patient consultations and explaining treatment processes, costs, timelines, and outcomes
• Using Microsoft Office and specialist dental applications
• Balancing administration tasks with patient care responsibilities
• Demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Communicating with clarity, kindness, and respect with both patients and colleagues

• Experienced in a dental or medical setting, particularly in customer service and/or sales
• A confident communicator who builds rapport easily
