Treatment Coordinator

Join our dynamic orthodontic team as a Treatment Coordinator, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in patient care. In this vital role, you will serve as the bridge between patients and providers, guiding individuals through their treatment journeys with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and a welcoming environment that encourages patient trust and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of patient engagement, helping to transform lives one appointment at a time.

This position is Monday – Thursday 8:15am – 5pm.

Responsibilites

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing clear explanations of treatment options and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Manage electronic dental records using Orthotrac, ensuring all patient information is accurate, complete, and confidential.
• Coordinate treatment plans by collaborating with dental teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures, verifying insurance details, and collecting payments.
• Maintain organized office workflows by handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to patient treatments.
• Support the dental office team by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.

Skills

• Strong understanding of dental terminology and orthodontic experience is a must.
• Experience with Orthotrac is considered an asset.
• Excellent and confident communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly and discussing financial information.
• Knowledge of front desk operations combined with a proactive attitude to support team needs effectively.
• Has strong customer service and communication skills.
• Has experience with accounting, payments, or financial arrangements.
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Is a natural problem solver who can work independently.
• Remains calm and professional under pressure.
• Has excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Is proficient in spoken and written English.
