For the right person, there is significant opportunity to grow within Avira, including future leadership and multi-site roles.
About the Role
You’ll be one of the key people patients remember from their experience at Avira.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing patients.
- Guiding patients through their treatment journey from consultation through to completion.

- Following up with patients after consultations and answering questions they may have.
- Coordinating appointments, treatment stages and important patient milestones.
- Managing active and pending treatment cases through our CRM and internal systems.
- Working closely with dentists, clinical teams and front office to create a seamless patient experience.
- Making sure every patient feels informed, supported and valued throughout their journey.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our systems and patient experience.
- Taking ownership of your patients and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Are highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
Build trust easily and genuinely enjoy helping people.
Are confident discussing treatment costs and following up with patients.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
Experience in dental, medical, treatment coordination, sales, hospitality, luxury retail or high-end customer service is highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and cultural fit are equally important.
