At M-Brace Orthodontics, we create beautiful, confident smiles using a calm, patient-focused approach. With four specialist practices across Scotland, our Bathgate clinic provides top-tier private and NHS orthodontic care.

We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and driven Treatment Co-ordinator (TCO) to be the dedicated face of our private patient journey.

The Role

As our Treatment Co-ordinator, you will act as the vital bridge between our specialist clinicians and prospective patients. You will manage private enquiries from the very first point of contact, build strong patient relationships, and guide clients seamlessly through to the start of their treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Complimentary Consultations: Lead independent 30-minute complimentary smile consultations for prospective private patients in a relaxed, non-clinical environment.

Treatment Presentation: Translate complex clinical ideas into clear, everyday language to showcase our private options, including Invisalign, clear fixed braces, and lingual braces.

Financial Coordination: Confidently discuss treatment costs, set up tailored installment options, and manage private finance applications.

Pipeline & Lead Management: Proactively follow up on digital marketing, web, and social media leads to maintain a healthy private patient pipeline.

Patient Liaison: Function as a consistent, friendly point of contact to answer administrative, scheduling, or general care queries throughout the patient's entire journey.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience within a dental or orthodontic practice is highly preferred (experience as a Qualified Dental Nurse is a major asset).

Skills: Excellent communication, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a natural comfort with ethical upselling/sales targets.

Attributes:

High organisational skills, a welcoming presentation, and proficiency with digital tools and dental practice software.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
