Treatment Coordinator

North Austin Dentistry is seeking a motivated, personable, and sales-driven professional to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels at building relationships, communicating the value of high-quality dental treatment, and helping prospective patients confidently move forward with life-changing dental care.

Our practice has experienced significant growth over the past eight years, including an expanding focus on dental implants and implant-supported dentures. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who can guide prospective patients through the consultation and treatment acceptance process, with a particular focus on high-value restorative procedures.

Compensation

• $28–$33 per hour, based on experience
• Additional commission of 1% on collected revenue
• Opportunity to earn additional income through successful treatment conversions

Compensation structure is preliminary and subject to final approval.

Schedule

• Full-time, in-office position in Austin, TX
• Potential consideration for a hybrid schedule in the future

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective patients who have expressed interest in dental implants, implant-supported dentures, and other restorative treatments.
• Build trust and rapport with patients throughout the consultation and treatment decision process.
• Clearly communicate treatment options, benefits, costs, and next steps in coordination with the clinical team.
• Follow up with prospective patients and help convert qualified inquiries into accepted treatment plans.
• Address patient questions and concerns professionally while helping them understand the value of their proposed care.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to scheduled treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of patient communications, follow-up activities, and treatment acceptance.
• Work toward established sales and treatment conversion goals while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, treatment coordination, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence discussing high-value services and helping customers make significant purchasing decisions.
• Excellent follow-up skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in dental implant sales, dental treatment coordination, healthcare sales, or patient financing is highly desirable.
• Ability to balance sales performance with compassionate, ethical patient interactions.
