Treatment Coordinator

Kids Dental Studio | Full-Time

Do you love working with families, creating positive experiences, and helping kids feel comfortable at the dentist? Kids Dental Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys building relationships with parents, and can help families navigate their child’s dental treatment with confidence. Tracker experience is a strong asset!

About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping families understand their child’s treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring every visit to Kids Dental Studio is a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans with parents and explain recommended dental procedures, fees, and payment options.
• Coordinate treatment appointments and follow up with families to ensure continuity of care.
• Help families understand insurance coverage and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
• Monitor treatment acceptance and follow up on outstanding treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and the administrative team to support efficient clinic operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, child-friendly experience for every family.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and other front-office responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a dental office, ideally in a treatment coordination or dental administration role.
• Tracker software experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach when working with children and parents.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, fees, and financial arrangements.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work well in a team environment.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
