Join Our Team as a Treatment Coordinator!

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our patients and providers, helping to ensure every step of their care journey is smooth, supportive, and well-organized.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our dental team to coordinate and manage personalized treatment plans.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in full compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and making patients feel welcome and cared for.
• Assist with coding dental procedures for billing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support front desk operations—greeting patients, handling phone calls, and keeping our office running efficiently.
• Stay up to date with dental terminology and healthcare best practices to support patients and team members alike.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dental office operations, including scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of dental coding and health information management.
• Familiarity with Open Dental software is a big plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you love connecting with people.
• A solid understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
• Confidence with dental terminology and the ability to explain treatment details clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
