Position: Treatment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage calendars
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
• Process daily deposits accurately
• Utilize Eaglesoft for patient records and management
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for

Preferred Experience:

• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Daily deposits
• Proficient in Eaglesoft
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous dental experience (required)

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM - 3 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM - 1 PM
