Treatment Coordinator

We are an Orthodontic clinic in the heart of London

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the business to join our team as a Part Time Dental Treatment Coordinator working 2-3 days per week.

Job Role:

• Guide patients all the way through their dental improvement journey from enquiry to treatment completion and aftercare.
• Handle all leads according to the designated pathway, ensuring all information is captured and recorded as required.
• Follow up individual patient lists to convert patients and generate revenue.
• Handle payments to the practice by card, finance and BACS transfer.
• Make future appointments as required, including follow up calls reviewing treatment plans.
• Have strong negotiation and closing skills
• Be incentivised by hitting key targets
• Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth.
• Offer patients an exceptional level of customer service and assistance.
• Liaise with clinicians and other members of the team to best serve patients.
• Have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.
• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience.
• Previous dental / orthodontic experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.

Salary: Based on experience + commission

Schedule:

• 2-3 days per week, Saturdays being mandatory

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• TCO/Referral/Sales: 1 year (required)
• Dental Reception 1 year (required)
• GDC registration is preferred
