Treatment Coordinator/ Dental nurse

We are seeking a dedicated, GDC-registered Dental Nurse and Treatment Coordinator to join our established practice in Northampton. In this dynamic hybrid role, you will split your time between providing high-standard chairside support and guiding patients through their treatment journeys.
Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Nursing: Assist clinicians smoothly during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring strict adherence to cross-infection and Decontamination protocols.
• Patient Care: Prepare surgery rooms, manage accurate clinical records, and deliver exceptional pre- and post-operative support.
• Treatment Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, conducting consultations to discuss treatment plans, clinical options, and financial estimates.
• Patient Journey Management: Follow up on pending treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and ensure every patient feels fully informed and confident in their care.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Active GDC Registration (Essential).
• Proven experience in chairside dental nursing.
• Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) position will be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• A professional, warm, and patient-focused approach.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
