Treatment Plan Coordinator

Charlotte DentalPro is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team!

Flexible work schedule, Monday to Thursday only, no Fridays, evenings or weekends. Lunch breaks included.

As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you are considered a key member of our team. You understand how Dental insurance benefits apply to treatment plans created by the dentist, and present them to your patients so they can get the best dental care. You communicate with your patients all along the process and assist them with financial options. You help transform people's lives, by getting them back to a healthy lifestyle and confident smile.

Qualifications:

• Have worked in a DENTAL front desk year position for at least 1 year
• Good knowledge of dental insurance benefits and dental terminology
• High School Diploma
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to commit to a full time schedule
• Bilingual (Spanish) not required but is a plus
