Tree Care Apprentice

Tree Climbers is adding an additional arborist apprentice. We have been in business 16 years and growing strong. We have never laid off an employee. We also have the equipment needed to make the job as easy and safe as possible.

After three years as an apprentice will be eligible to become a certified arborist and crew leader if all training is completed.

Requirements include:

Must be over 18, stable job history, have a drivers license with acceptable driving record , strong work ethic, able to lift 50+lbs and/or pull themselves up, ability to be proactive, a desire to work outside, care about doing things right, and desire for a long term career with ability to be promoted.

CDL training reimbursement.

Starting pay depends on ability, attitude, experience, and skills interview but generally around:

$18.00-20.00/hr no experience

$20-25/hr with some experience and ability to drive large manual transmission vehicles with trailers

Additional pay for CDL holders or certified arborists.

A good attitude is a requirement.
