Tree Care Worker

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tree Care Professional to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and are committed to delivering high-quality tree care services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of arboricultural tasks including pruning, removals, rigging, climbing, and general tree maintenance on both residential and commercial properties.

We are excepting motivated workers of all skill levels from never worked on a tree crew to experienced arborists. Pay is based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the tree care industry and a strong understanding of proper pruning techniques, safe equipment operation, and job site efficiency. Experience with climbing systems, aerial lifts, chainsaws, rigging equipment, and other industry-standard tools is required. Applicants should be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions and must demonstrate a strong awareness of safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Performing tree pruning, removals, and maintenance according to industry standards

* Safely operating chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment

* Climbing and rigging in a safe and efficient manner

* Maintaining clean and organized job sites

* Communicating effectively with team members and leadership

* Identifying potential hazards and ensuring all safety procedures are followed

Qualifications:

* New - 2+ years of experience in tree care or arboriculture

* Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

* Experience with climbing, rigging, and aerial lift operation is a plus

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

Pay: $22.00 - $42.50 per hour
