Tree Climber/Groundsperson

Tree climber and Groundmen needed for a local tree care company. multiple positions available. Must have 1 year of uninterrupted experience with tree climbing to be eligible for the climbing position. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD UNINTERRUPTED EXPERIENCE WITH TREE CLIMBING.

Tree climber responsibilities include, but are not limited to cutting and felling, pruning, rigging, SRT climbs, bucket truck operation, ground support for other climbers, raking, operating a blower, skid steer, stump grinder, and other misc. duties associated with tree work.

Groundmen responsibilities include, but are not limited to, must be able to repeatedly cut and fell, drag brush, chipping, pruning, raking, operate a blower, skid steer, stump grinder, and other misc. duties associated with tree work.

Must be able to repeatedly lift 30 pounds or more (chainsaws, branches. equipment.) The position is outdoors, year-round, in all weather conditions. Employees may be required to work up to a 12-hour shift. A positive attitude is a must. Applicants must have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Join our team! We will provide a hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, uniform shirts. You provide protective pants, work boots, personal climbing gear. We can provide assistance with purchasing gear. Pay is $25.00-$45.00 DOE and ability.
