Tree Crew Member – All Experience Levels Welcome

Whether you’re new to the industry or an experienced tree care professional, we encourage you to apply. We provide hands-on training for entry-level applicants, while experienced candidates will have opportunities to put their skills to work, take on greater responsibility, and continue advancing their careers.

What You’ll Do

• Work with the crew to safely prune, remove, and care for trees
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other professional equipment based on your training and experience
• Maintain tools and equipment so they remain safe and ready for use
• Support the team wherever needed to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Provide professional, respectful service at every customer’s property
• Perform physically demanding work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Tree care experience is welcomed but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license; a clean driving record is preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Commitment to following established safety procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
