The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Arboricultural Climber / Tree surgeon to join our expanding Tree Team. The successful candidate will support Arborists with a wide range of tree care operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Arborists with tree removals, pruning, and site clearance.
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• Operate and maintain equipment including chainsaws and chippers.
• Ensure safe and tidy work environments at all times.
• Carry out tool inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere to all company and environmental safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience climbing in a tree team or similar role.
• Chainsaw qualifications (CS30/31) – essential.
• Tree climbing & aerial rescue / Chainsaw from a rope and harness (CS34/35)– essential
• (CS41) Aerial tree rigging - beneficial
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• CSCS card – beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence – beneficial.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
