Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Tree Trimmer / Tree Removal Technician. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety over extensive experience. This role involves physically demanding outdoor work in Florida’s hot and humid climate, so candidates must be prepared to endure tough conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks under the guidance of experienced crew members.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders (training provided).
• Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
• Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work varying hours, including weekends and emergencies as needed.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in Florida’s hot and humid conditions.

• Team Player: Positive attitude, reliability, and a drama-free approach to work.
• Valid Driver’s License & Transportation: Mandatory.
• Experience: Required; though we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
