Tree/Bucket Working Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tree trimming, removal, and bucket work operations to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards.
• Lead projects, including installation of fences.
• Manage crew members by assigning tasks and providing training on equipment operation.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly to support daily outdoor tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies; perform regular safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments.
• Skilled in operating landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, irrigation tools, and aerial lifts or buckets.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on crew management and training for outdoor work safety and efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; ability to operate ground-based machinery safely.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; familiarity with outdoor safety procedures is essential.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
