Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods. This role requires experience in various driving conditions and the ability to handle different types of vehicles. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of freight.

Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
• Navigate designated routes for efficient delivery of goods while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Load and unload freight as necessary, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and delivery records.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards during transportation.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for vehicle type.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver with a strong understanding of route driving.
• Familiarity with operating various types of trucks.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to freight transportation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight schedules.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
