Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Incident Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Jira for incident, bug, and enhancement tracking.
- Knowledge of API troubleshooting using tools such as Postman/ Bruno.
- Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC, incident lifecycle, and change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience in the Airline, Travel, or Aviation domain.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Nagios, or similar.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms such as Websites and Mobile Applications.
Knowledge of loyalty programs, booking systems, payment gateways, and related integrations is an added advantage.
