Trial Attorney

William Schwitzer & Associates, PC is a well-established plaintiff’s trial law firm, seeking to add a new trial attorney to their team. Qualified candidates are adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery demands and discovery responses
• Client consultations and hearing preparations
• Expert witness interactions
• Preparing and conducting depositions
• Trial preparation
• Work both independently and closely with other attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications:

• Admitted to New York required, and admitted to Federal is a plus
• Familiarity with NYSCEF, E-law and PACER
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior plaintiff-side personal injury or trial experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, on-site .

Salary commensurate based on experience level. All interviews are conducted in-person.
