Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Lower Foods is a fourth-generation, family-owned company established in 1927. We produce high-quality gluten-free meat products for customers across the United States. Job Responsibilities

• Work on the trim line in a fast-paced meat processing environment
• Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for use
• Trim and identify different cuts of meat
• Stand for most of the shift
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions to supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous meat cutting experience preferred
• Experience using a Whizard Power Knife is a plus (training available)
• Ability to identify different meat cuts
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable with consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Important Requirements

• Must be able to work the full shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday–Friday
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must follow strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
