  • Must be able to read, interpret, and understand all project drawings and specifications
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be willing to learn and work with others
  • Must be able to perform work safely with required PPE

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. independently
  • Must be able to climb and work off ladders and other elevated surfaces such as lifts
  • Must be able to work in different elements such as heat, cold, wind, and rain
  • Must possess the minimum required tools for SE&M

  • Commercial or industrial mechanical/HVAC experience (ductwork, piping, equipment placement)
  • Commercial or industrial plumbing experience (underground, riser layout, fixture rough-in)
  • Experience with Trimble SX series scanning total stations or 3D scanning workflows
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, Revit, or AutoCAD for reviewing models
  • BIM/VDC coordination or modeling experience is a strong plus
  • Multi-trade layout experience across two or more MEP disciplines
