具备 GPM DD/TF模具设计能力 3. 具备与客户沟通协调之能力 4. 熟练掌握IC半导体可靠度工程及进阶失效不良原因分析 5. 具备 SOP/TSSOP/SOD/SOT/TO/….package 相关经验 6. 熟悉掌握 DFMEA\PFMEA\DOE\Control Plan
