Trimmer Operator - 2nd Shift

DiMax is looking for an individual that holds themselves accountable and is looking to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating hand tools and equipment: This may involve using knives, grinders, or other tools to remove excess material.
• Inspecting and reviewing parts: Ensuring molded parts are free from defects and meet quality standards.
• Adhering to safety practices: Following established safety protocols when operating tools and equipment.
• Communicating effectively: Working with molders and other team members to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Maintaining a clean work area: Keeping the workstation organized and in good condition.
• Recording rejected parts: Properly documenting and removing any rejected parts from the production area.
• Packaging Product: The ablility to lift up to 50 lbs and review the traveler for correct packaging of product.
• Understanding quality standards and specifications: Familiarity with part requirements and quality standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned: Assisting with other tasks as directed by supervisors.

No experience required will train on the job.
High School diploma or GED

2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 10 hour shift 3:30pm - 2:00am

2nd shift premium of $1/hour added

Skills/Abilities:

• Attention to detail: The ability to identify and remove small imperfections.
• Manual dexterity: Fine motor skills for using tools effectively.
• Physical stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety practices: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols.
• Problem-solving skills: Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the trimming process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
