Trimmer/Packager

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Trimming product with meticulous detail, so as to create a high-quality presentation

• Cleaning and sanitizing trim room

• Maintain open communication with management team and co workers

• Maintain a neat and organized work area

• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, and policies when performing duties

Required Qualities:

• Takes responsibility and initiative
• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Experience in gardening, caregiving and packing could make you a great candidate

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma required
• Need to be a detail oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Able to sit and focus for long periods of time with high attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate high ethical standards and set a positive example for co-workers.
• Candidates must successfully complete a criminal record screening and fingerprint clearance.
• Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (Conclusion of sentence, probation, and/or incarceration within the past 10 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position. Weekend shifts may be necessary.

Pay: $15.45 per hour
