Trimmers needed

We are currently seeking focused and detail-oriented Trimmers for a fast-paced, one-week production sprint.

We are looking for reliable individuals who can work efficiently to meet strict daily production quotas without sacrificing our high standards for product quality. ​If you have a sharp eye for detail, steady hands, and the ability to maintain a consistent pace throughout the workday, we want you on our team for this upcoming week. ​

Key Responsibilities ​

Precision Trimming: Carefully trim and prepare product to meet exact visual and quality specifications.

​Meet Daily Quotas: Consistently achieve daily production targets (weight/volume) established by the production manager. ​

Quality Control: Identify and separate any sub-standard product, waste, or by-product according to facility guidelines.

​Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with all sanitation and safety protocols. ​

Equipment Care: Safely handle and maintain hand shears or trimming equipment. ​Requirements ​Age Requirement: Must be 19 years of age or older. ​

Experience: Prior trimming or detailed agricultural/manufacturing experience is highly preferred to ensure you can hit the ground running.

​Pace & Precision: Proven ability to perform highly repetitive tasks quickly while maintaining strict quality control. ​

Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring strong manual dexterity. ​

Reliability: Because this is a short-term contract, perfect attendance and punctuality for the entire week are mandatory.

​We Provide ​All necessary trimming tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). ​A clean, comfortable, and well-ventilated work environment. ​Clear training on our specific quality standards and quota expectations on day one.
