Mountthrill is a Dehradun-based Himalayan adventure company. We run curated treks, outdoor leadership camps, and pilgrimage tours, including the Do Dham Yatra. Our founders personally lead treks, so we know the mountains and our travellers well.

About the Role
As a Trek Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for travellers planning a Himalayan journey with us. You will help them choose the right trek, answer their questions honestly, and turn their curiosity into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to trek and pilgrimage enquiries on WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Recommend the right trek based on the traveller's fitness, experience, budget, and season
• Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, safety protocols, and packing requirements clearly
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups in our CRM and WhatsApp lead system
• Coordinate with the field and operations team for smooth departures
• Collect post-trek feedback and share insights to improve our offerings

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, travel, or tourism (freshers are welcome)
• Strong spoken and written communication in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with WhatsApp-based sales and follow-ups
• Genuine interest in trekking, the outdoors, or Himalayan travel
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Based in Dehradun or willing to relocate immediately

Good to Have

• Own trekking experience in the Himalayas
• Prior experience with a travel or adventure company

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
