• Staff Supervision & Productivity

• Health & Safety Compliance
• Customer Service & Client Liaison
• Inventory and asset control
• Compliance and administration

Requirements REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Trade test certificate (Diesel mechanic)
• Valid drivers license
• 5-8 years experience in a motor workshop
• 2-3 years in a supervisor or management role
• Workshop operations and mechanical systems
• Health and safety legislation
• Job card systems and workshop software
• OEM standards and procedures
• Leadership and people management
• Problem solving and decision making
• Communication and conflict resolution
• Planning and organisational resolution
• Technical diagnostic ability
