Observe car park and other areas in the shopping centre to find trolleys left by shoppers, and return these to the store. Take precaution, watching for pedestrians and vehicles while removing trolleys from car parking areas, to avoid unnecessary injury and/or damage. Return trolleys to designated trolley area in front of the store for customers to easily acquire. Identify damaged trolleys, and remove them from the rest of the collection, and inform management. Where possible, do minor repairs on damaged trolleys, and inform management. Ensure trolleys are clean when returning them to the designated trolley area. Ensure the store has enough trolleys in the designated trolley area. Assist in finding a trolley for customers when they cannot seem to find on for themselves. Direct customers to the store and/or Customer Service Desk in the store, when asked for assistance regarding Foodlovers related queries.
