Troubleshooter Engineer -Elevator & Escalator

About the role

We are expanding our Technical Helpdesk team in Singapore to provide advanced technical expertise and support to the service team. This role offers the opportunity to deepen technical capabilities beyond day-to-day maintenance work and be part of a global team that makes a difference.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to field technicians for complex elevator and escalator faults
• Diagnose root causes and recommend effective corrective actions
• Support troubleshooting of controllers, drives, door systems, safety circuits, and communication devices
• Escalate complex issues to global team when required
• Document support cases and develop troubleshooting knowledge articles
• Analyze equipment performance and recurring failures to improve reliability
• Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Support technical training programs for maintenance teams
• Share best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and field experience with technicians
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
