ABOUT THE ROLE

Thiess is seeking Production Mining Operators – Haul Truck (mechanical) and Multi-Skilled Operators – to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at the Caval Ridge Project (Moranbah, QLD).

This role offers:

• Lifestyle 7/7 rotating roster (Days/Nights)
• DIDO or BIBO only (no FIFO)
• 12.5-hour shifts Wednesday - Tuesday roster
• Smaller crews - Fantastic culture
• 5 minute trip from camp to site

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Operate heavy mining equipment safely and efficiently to maximise production
• Apply Thiess’ safety standards and operating procedures every day

ABOUT YOUTo be successful, you will bring:

• Minimum 1 year experience operating Haul Trucks (mechanical) in a coal mining environment
• SSE-signed, verified skills list (training transcripts) and LMS documentation
• Standard 11 – Statement of Attainment
• Current Driver’s Licence
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Previous Dispatch experience highly regarded
