We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced Truck Driver to join our Clifton, New Jersey team to ensure timely and safe deliveries of our prefabricated materials.

Job Description

As a Truck Driver for Gator Made, you will be responsible for transporting materials and finished electrical components to various local sites and facilities. Since our products are critical to active construction and electrical projects, punctuality and careful handling are top priorities. Could potentially work as an electrical helper on down time and help track tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery trucks to transport electrical prefabrication materials to destination sites.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow a strict Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and proper mechanical function.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials using proper safety equipment and techniques.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and coordinate effectively with the warehouse dispatch team.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal driving laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional truck driving experience is strictly required.
• License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is not required, but it is highly recommended and preferred.
• Strong knowledge of northern New Jersey roads and traffic patterns, particularly around the Clifton area.
• Dependable work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to handle physical workloads associated with loading and unloading electrical components.
