Truck Driver

. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our retail locations and customers, ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining Superior BT's reputation for excellent service and product availability across our retail network.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining commercial vehicles in safe, legal and compliant manner
• Transporting retail and consumer products to designated retail locations, warehouses and customer sites
• Planning and optimising delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any mechanical issues or damage
• Loading and unloading goods with care, ensuring proper securing and organisation of cargo
• Maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records
• Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, management and customers regarding delivery status and any issues
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle
• Supporting the retail operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• Valid commercial driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type and weight classification
• Proven experience as a truck driver in retail, logistics or consumer goods distribution
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety standards and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with Metro Manila routes and areas
• Ability to operate GPS and routing systems effectively
• Physical capability to safely load, unload and secure cargo
• Strong time management and organisational skills to meet delivery schedules
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance and delivery commitments
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
