Truck Driver

Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for safely driving and operating the company’s 4-wheel truck for the delivery and pickup of packages, documents, and other cargo. The Driver ensures timely deliveries while following traffic rules and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the assigned 4-wheel truck for deliveries and pickups.
• Deliver packages, cargo, and other items to customers, branches, and assigned locations.
• Ensure that all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and handled.
• Check the vehicle before and after each trip.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and company procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when needed.
• Collect and submit delivery receipts, invoices, and other required documents.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents, delays, or delivery concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• With a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction/license code for the assigned vehicle.
• Restriction/License Code C or appropriate truck category preferred, depending on the truck's weight and classification.
• With experience driving a 4-wheel truck is preferred.
• With logistics, delivery, or courier experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with local and provincial routes.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Pay: Php718.00 - Php800.00 per day
