Job Summary

Davidsecourt Ltd is seeking an experienced and responsible Truck Driver to handle the safe transportation of company materials, equipment, branding items and finished projects to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks for deliveries and project assignments.
• Transport and deliver materials and equipment on schedule.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure proper loading, securing and safe handling of cargo.
• Maintain accurate trip, fuel and vehicle records.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lagos routes and major highways.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, delays or incidents immediately.
• Maintain the truck in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Comply with traffic regulations and all company safety procedures.
• Support loading and offloading activities when required.
• Represent DavidseCourt professionally at client and project locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a truck/heavy-duty driver.
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
• Experience transporting commercial goods, materials or equipment.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Safe driving record.
• Physically fit and dependable.
• Punctual, disciplined and safety-conscious.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.
