Truck Driver

This position consists of driving commercial vehicles to deliver MASECA finished goods.

• Maintaining driver’s logbook as per DOT requirements.
• Must check the weight load on their trailers.
• Do a pre-trip inspection report of the unit.
• Must check and assist in the loading and unloading of the product.
• Miscellaneous Duties.
• Wear proper safety equipment.
• Must be able to perform duties in all applicable work instructions.
• Regular and timely attendance is a job requirement for all employees.
• Must maintain his unit (tractor-trailer -truck, etc.) clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Travel when necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D. or Technical School) Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL A), clean driving record, and required endorsements (tanker)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Available to travel out of time occasionaly.
• English and/or Spanish ability to read and write.
• Bilingual English/Spanish - preferred***.***
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
