Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified truck drivers through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment, and external recruiting events.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar platforms to track applicant flow and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct cold calling and research to identify potential candidates, build relationships, and expand the driver talent pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment with employment & labor law requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HR legal standards including employment law in talent management and HR systems regulations.
• Coordinate employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and training & development programs for new hires.
• Engage in relationship management by fostering ongoing communication with candidates and internal teams to enhance candidate sourcing efforts and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on high volume recruitment or technical recruiting preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of HR legal compliance including employment law in talent management and HR sourcing best practices.
• Proficiency in talent management software, ATS systems (such as UltiPro, Taleo), HR systems like Paychex or Kenexa BrassRing, and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and relationship management.
• Experience in external recruiting channels including campus recruitment, cold calling, research, and employee relations activities.
• Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations relevant to driver recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills for conducting interviews, employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and succession planning initiatives.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
