TRUCK OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck, tanker truck, or mixer truck safely and efficiently at construction sites.
• Transport materials, water, fuel, or concrete to designated locations according to instructions.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspection of the assigned vehicle and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly loaded and does not exceed the permitted load capacity.
• Follow designated routes, site traffic rules, and safety procedures.
• For mixer trucks, ensure concrete is properly mixed and delivered within the required time.
• For tanker trucks, ensure the safe handling and transportation of water, fuel, or other approved materials.
• For dump trucks, safely load, transport, and discharge construction materials at designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and the basic condition of the vehicle.
• Record daily vehicle usage, trips, mileage, and other required information.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, damage, or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and housekeeping as required.
• Perform other duties related to vehicle operation as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Dump Truck, Tanker, or Mixer Truck Driver, preferably in the construction industry.
• Must possess a valid GDL Class E (Berat Kejur) driving licence.
• GDL Class E licence must be currently valid and not expired at the time of employment.
• Experienced in operating heavy vehicles at construction sites.
• Good understanding of heavy vehicle safety and daily vehicle inspection procedures.
• Able to follow site traffic rules, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required by the project.
