Location: Gurgaon + Multiple Locations Across India (Region-wise Hiring)
Experience: 5+ Years

• Drive business development and solutioning for our's electric truck leasing business across assigned region(s) across India.
• Build relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transporters, OEMs, and ecosystem partners.
• Understand customer routes, payload requirements, fleet utilisation, charging needs, and commercial expectations to design EV truck leasing solutions.
• Work closely with Credit, Analytics, Operations, and Business Development teams to structure commercially viable opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, onboarding, and account management.
• Coordinate with OEMs, charging partners, and service providers for smooth deployment.
• Grow existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and EV policies.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.
• Represent us at industry events and customer engagements.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, EV sales, fleet solutions, logistics, leasing, mobility, or enterprise B2B sales.

The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling, account management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with exposure to the commercial vehicle ecosystem. Experience across assigned region(s) across India and knowledge of electric mobility will be an added advantage.

Geography Coverage
This role is open for region-wise hiring across India. Candidates with strong market networks in North, South, East, West, or Central India are encouraged to apply. Pan-India exposure will be an added advantage.
