Truck Workshop Intern (Admin)

About the role

Volvo Malaysia is seeking motivated students from Business or related fields to join our Administration team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting daily operations, handling documentation, and assisting administrative tasks within a multinational automotive company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send invoices to customers and track delivery or acknowledgment.
• Handle SLD documents and perform QR updates in the JPJ system.
• Assist with warranty claims, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain 5S compliance for document storage (physical & digital).
• Provide general administrative support such as scanning, emailing, printing, and archiving.
• Support safety-related activities, including Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) documentation and compliance tasks.
• Assist in planning and coordinating CSR-related activities and ISO documentation or booking arrangements.
• Assist the team with any ad-hoc tasks when required.

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
