TRUCKING ASSISTANT

College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience in trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar industry is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Ability to prepare, monitor and maintain delivery documents and reports

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Willing to render overtime when necessary

Demonstrates integrity, responsibility and a strong work ethic

Basic knowledge of truck dispatching, delivery scheduling, GPS monitoring and coordination with drivers and clients is an advantage
